Eastern Creek Industry Park is a major industrial precinct developed to achieve high sustainability standards while remaining cost-effective and practical for construction. The project required clear, performance-driven sustainability guidance to meet Green Star requirements. 

Our Role
Renyi collaborated with Hindmarsh Construction and ESR to: 

• Act as Principal Sustainability Consultant 
• Provide cost-effective, practical sustainability advice throughout the project 
• Support construction and design teams in achieving compliance and performance targets 

Key Outcomes 

• On track to deliver a 5 Star Green Star Building Tools rating 
• Enhanced coordination between design and construction for improved sustainability outcomes 
• Delivered clear, buildable recommendations that reduce complexity and maintain performance
