Project Overview
ESR Leppington Industry Park is a large-scale industrial development designed to deliver high sustainability outcomes and efficient operational performance. The project required practical, construction-focused sustainability advice to ensure long-term value for the developer and builder. 

Our Role 
Renyi worked closely with Taylor Construction and ESR to: 

• Act as Principal Sustainability Consultant 
• Provide cost-effective, practical advice to improve sustainability performance 
• Engage with the construction team and developer to guide design and delivery decisions 

Key Outcomes 

• On track and expected to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built rating 
• Supported alignment between design intent and on-site implementation 
• Delivered measurable sustainability outcomes with strong collaboration between all stakeholders
