Project Overview
430 Marion Industrial Park features five warehouses with integrated two-storey offices, totalling over 15,000 square metres. The project required a sustainability strategy to meet Green Star targets while maintaining cost and buildability. 

Our Role
Renyi worked closely with Taylor Construction to: 

• Serve as Principal Sustainability Consultant for the project 
• Provide cost-effective, practical sustainability advice during design and construction 
• Guide the project team toward optimal outcomes in line with Green Star certification requirements 

Key Outcomes

• Achieved a 6 Star Green Star Design & As Built v1.3 rating, exceeding the original 5 Star target 
• Enhanced sustainability performance across all five warehouse buildings 
• Delivered practical, cost-effective solutions without compromising construction efficiency
